Joan Melzer, Newman University Professor selected as writer for national nursing exam

It’s always a big leap to be recognized in the field of nursing apart from becoming a true professional in your career by passing the nursing licensure exam. In relation to this, just last November 7, 2012 as per announcement at the official website of the Newman University in Chicago Illinois, the school Associate Professor of Nursing Joan Melzer was recently selected as a volunteer item writer for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing Licensure Examination (NCLEX).

Melzer was one of only 11 nurses from across the nation to be selected for this assignment and I personally believe that through this achievement, professionals in the field get the attention and recognition that puts them to the top of the profession and be recognized as a community helper at the same time.
